Features of the electric heating heat-conducting oil furnace:
1, heat exchange area is large, heating and cooling speed, heating
oil demand is relatively small. Continuous rise and cooling can be
achieved. Refrigeration heat exchanger using high-force plate heat
exchanger, heat exchanger is high efficiency, small footprint. The
whole cycle of thermal oil heater is closed, no oil mist evaporates
when heated at high temperature, the thermal oil will not be
specifically oxidized and browned, the water vapor in the air is
not absorbed at low temperatures, and the life of the thermal oil
is extended.
2, self-diagnosis function, overload protection, high-voltage
pressure switch, overload relay, thermal protection device and
other safety and security functions, to fully ensure the safety of
use.
3, equipped with cooling function, can quickly adjust the genus and
control the temperature of the reactor.
