Usage Scope:
HOPU's ZYD series Double Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is widely used for purifying various insulating oils, such as transformer oil, switch oil, mutual inductor oil, capacitor oil and high-grade new oil. The machine equips Roots vacuum pump booster system that is secondary high vacuum separation system, which could be used in over 110KV electric power substation for field operation and in high latitude areas for drying wet electrical equipment and filling oil.

3. Highly effective degassing and dehydration system that use large area three-dimensional flash vaporization technology to remove the water and gas in the oil.
4. Advanced pressure protection device and automatic temperature controller can make the machine and operator safe.
5. It can dry electric machines and vacuum add oil to transformers.
6. With Vacuum pump and Roots pump.
7. Enhance the value of breakdown voltage greatly.
8. Easy to operate and maintenance and lower its expenses.
9. Automatic reverse-washing system will extend the lifetime of filters and improve the performance of the filters.
