Product features
1. Use hardening guide way, which is durable and with long service life.
2. Use micro-reducer to reduce its speed, which has the characteristics of small structure, reliable in use, big and smooth transfer torsion.
3. Use converter technique for controlling to realize the 3. stepless control of the winding speed. Acceleration and deceleration are very smoothly, which can make winding quick, and ensure reliable quality.
4. The main shaft of the lathe head is equipped with three-jaw chuck. It has the following outstanding advantages: besides easy for mantling and dismantling when wrappin the combing roller, it needn’t to dismount the combing roller shaft for other wrapping. Therefore, it can avoid any damage during dismounting the combing roller shaft.
5. On the moveable tailstock use loose rotating center to ensure the rotating precision of the combing roller when wrapping.
6. The complete machine is made up of machine body, main shaft box of the lathe head, guiding material winding parts, tailstock and frequency controller.
