The semi-automatic blank FFP3 respirator mask making machine is
designed for producing the cup shape blank respirator mask. It can
suitable for FFP or N95/P95/R95 blank mask making machine, with 2
to 6 layers of materials. In addition, this semi-auto cup mask
machine adopts the PLC control system and simple touch screen panel
which is easy to operate.
StepAhead semi-Automatic cup mask production line produce mask with
overall automation from raw material feeding, sealing inside to
nose wire to weld the ear loop to the finished mask completely.
This model can help to save produce cost (labor and time). It is a
lower failure rate and easy to operate and can count the production
