Corner board is manufactured from multiple layers of recycled paper
which are laminated together and then formed into a rigid right
angle board that can be used to stabilize and protect your product
loads during storage or shipment.
We can provide V corner board,edgeboard protector,wrap around
corner board,U-profile corner board,both equal side and unequal
side edgeboards. Customerization is available.
These multi beneficial angle boards can provide:
Unitization - used in combination with stretch film or strapping,
angle boards help keep your product loads tightly cubed, reducing
shifting that can cause damage.
Increased Stacking Strength - angle boards placed vertically will
allow you to stack product higher on the pallets and maximize your
cube space when storing or shipping your product.
Strap Protection - the use of strapping helps to stabilize your
load but can possibly cause crushing damage at the corners. Angle
boards allow you to create a buffer between the load and the
strapping, reducing the chance of product damage.
Edge Protection - with the hustle and bustle of everyday
operations, it is easy for product loads to get damaged by material
handling equipment during storage or shipping. Angle boards helps
to absorb contact made at load corners by equipment.

Improved Shipping & Handling - allows more product to be placed
on pallets, reducing handling costs and increasing warehouse and
shipping space.
Reduction in Product Damage - less chance of product being crushed
during shipping and storage.

Vertical & Horizontal Applications:
When using angle board for VERTICAL stacking strength, we recommend
a 2.5" x 2.5" x .225 caliper board which is suitable for most
product loads.
When using angle board HORIZONTALLY across the top edge of a load,
we recommend a 2" x 3" or 2" x 4" board with a 3" or 4" leg resting
on the top of the load which helps the angle board stay in place
while you're securing the stretch film or strapping.
Every application is different. These recommended applications are
typical in the industry but it is recommended that we discuss your
individual application.

company name, logo, website address, phone number, handling
instructions, etc. which is a low cost way to increase and improve
your product and company awareness.

priced by the foot.
