2. Transition resistance, transition resistance of shielding layer should not be more than 3 kΩ.

3. Power core of 0.38/0.66kV cable should be undertaken work frequency test with 3.0kV of withstand voltage test for 5 min without breakdown.

Power core of 0.66/1.14kV cable should be undertaken work frequency test with 3.7kV of withstand voltage test for 5 min without breakdown.Power core of 1.9/3.3kV cable should be undertaken work frequency test with6.8kV of withstand voltage test for 5 min without breakdown.

Power core 1.9/3.3kV cable should be undertaken work frequency test with 6.8kV of withstand voltage test for 5 min without breakdown.

3. Insulation line core undertaken insulation water absorbing test , the increasing rate of capacitance for 1~14d≤10% ,the increasing rate of capacitance for 7~14d≤3%.
