Adsorption Air Dryer

The controller adopts the PLC controller (patented product)
independently developed by our company, which makes the equipment
run more stable, has higher reliability and has stronger ability to
withstand interference. principle:
Adsorption drying process: Compressed air containing moisture flows
through an adsorption tower equipped with high-performance
adsorbent. The moisture in the compressed air is absorbed and dried
by the adsorbent and flows to the gas terminal for use at the gas
point.
Regeneration process: This series of dryers use a high-pressure
blower to blow ambient air (as a regeneration air flow) into the
heating cylinder of the heater, and flow through the adsorbent that
needs to be desorbed. It uses the principle of desorption of the
adsorbent at high temperature to remove the water. The adsorption
tube is discharged to the atmosphere. advantage:
1. Small amount of regeneration air: The air blown in from the
outside air by a high-pressure blower is used as regeneration air.
Only 3% of the compressed air of the dried finished product is used
for blowing cooling. The air consumption is 1/5 of the heatless
regeneration adsorption dryer. 1/2 of the micro-heat regeneration
dryer.
2. Use air pressure blowers with high reliability, long life and
low noise.
3. Use high-performance PLC as the control host with strong
anti-interference ability to ensure smooth operation of the
equipment, and can monitor the operating status of the equipment
locally or remotely (communication interfaces can be provided for
customers).
4. Based on the adsorption characteristics of alumina and molecular
sieves, our company's self-developed layering technology uses air
to first pass through alumina for preliminary drying, reduce the
moisture content in the air, and then pass through molecular sieves
for deep drying to achieve low dew point air quality.
