The method for improving the assembly quality of main bearing bolts of F series mud pump is characterized in that the method comprises the following steps:

Step 1: process the semi-finished frame and the semi-finished main bearing cap respectively according to the existing processing method. b. Inspect the main bearing threaded hole (7) on the semi-finished frame processed in step a, and obtain the qualified semi-finished frame,

c. After finishing the processing of the main bearing threaded holes (7) on 10 semi-finished frames, replace the taps, and inspect the tapping collets; during the processing of the semi-finished main bearing caps, process two main bearing bolt vias (9) based on one of the two discontinuous positioning stops B (s) on the semi-finished main bearing caps,

Control the distance between the center line of one of the two main bearing bolt vias (9) and the other datum to meet the design requirements, and control the center distance between the two main bearing bolt vias (9) to meet the design requirements. Specify the other datum as the installation datum B (5) of the semi-finished main bearing cap.

The pump body of the F series mud pump is manufactured, the mud pump is assembled according to the existing assembly method, the main bearing bolts are installed in the order of top-down first, the clearance of the main bearing is adjusted, the main bearing bolts are reinstalled according to the corresponding screw holes before each main bearing bolt is removed, and the assembly of the F series mud pump is completed.

The method of the invention can ensure the normal matching of the main bearing bolt and the threaded hole of the main bearing seat of the frame and the centering of the main bearing cover and the threaded hole of the main bearing seat of the frame, thus improving the assembly quality of the main bearing bolt of the F series mud pump.
