Description:
This is diameter 70mm round anti proof round cap for 20-50L jarrycan which material is PE. The mould do in 2cavity suitable work on 160T injection machine and the protect ring finish in mould use slider structure. It is cold runner, core and cavity use heat treatment steel H13, mould base standard S50C
The mould injection way is top gate point, demould by oil motor automatically drop cap and runner. During mould running on injection machine also can use robot arm pick up the cap and runner to save worker's cost
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
