How to disassemble and adjust the carburetor

    First remove the carburetor and air filter, clean the filter or replace the filter element. Disassemble the carburetor to check and clean the main measuring hole, idle speed measuring hole, and air measuring hole. Adjust the oil level in the float chamber to normal, and adjust the oil needle card to the last level. Install the compound carburetor and air filter to start the vehicle. Preheat the car for 2min-3min, adjust the plunger height adjustment screw to the lowest idling speed. Adjust the idle air adjustment screw to the highest engine speed. Then adjust the plunger adjusting screw to the lowest idle speed, and then adjust the idle air adjusting screw to the highest speed. Repeat the adjustment several times until the plunger position is the lowest, and the engine speed is the highest and running smoothly, that is, it is adjusted to the best position. Add the throttle slowly, the engine speed should rise smoothly, and the throttle should have no blocking feeling at any opening, otherwise, remove the oil needle and adjust the card downwards until you are satisfied.
