1. Tungsten sheet description for the lighting electronics industry:

 

Isostatic pressing is used to create the tungsten powder, which is subsequently sintered at a high temperature to create a tungsten slab. After the tungsten slab is rolled by a rolling mill, the tungsten plate and tungsten sheet are cut and formed by a shearing machine. They are mainly used for the manufacture of electric vacuum. The heating element of the furnace, the heat shield and the parts of the electric vacuum electric light source, etc., the tungsten boat made of the tungsten sheet by stamping and forming is used for vacuum coating utensils.

3. Produce craft Of Tungsten Sheet For Lighting Electronics Industry:

 

The tungsten powder is formed by isostatic pressing, and then sintered at high temperature in vacuum to prepare a tungsten plate, which can be directly supplied to customers, or the required tungsten plate can be obtained after rolling the tungsten sheet for many times. The rolling can be divided into hot rolling. , warm rolled and cold rolled. Due to tungsten's strong deformation resistance, ordinary rolls cannot fully meet the requirements of rolling tungsten sheet; instead, rolls composed of specific materials should be used. During rolling, the rolls should be preheated. The preheating temperature varies depending on the rolling circumstances from 100 to 350°C. Processing is possible when the blank's relative density—the difference between its actual and theoretical densities—is larger than 90%. Processing performance is also favorable when the blank density is between 92 and 94%. The billet will delaminate as a result of improperly selected deformation parameters and the hot rolling billet's temperature of between 1 350 and 1500 °C.The starting temperature of warm rolling is 1200°C, and the thickness of the hot-rolled sheet is 8 mm. After warm rolling, it can reach 0.5 mm, and then cold rolling can be used to 0.1 mm.

Tungsten sheet can be used for electric light source parts and electric vacuum devices; making tungsten boats; heat shields and heating elements of high temperature furnaces; medical diagnosis and treatment equipment; radiation and interference shielding; vacuum coating utensils.
