Tungsten wire for medical high frequency electric knife straight tungsten wire 0.05mm 0.08mm

1. Description of straight tungsten wire for high frequency electric knife

Tungsten wire, a filament made by forging and drawing tungsten rods.

Tungsten wire is mainly used in electric light sources such as incandescent lamps and tungsten halogen lamps. The tungsten wire used as various illuminants in light bulbs also needs to be doped with a small amount of oxides of potassium, silicon and aluminum during the smelting process. This tungsten wire is called doped tungsten wire (Doped Tungsten Wire), also known as 218 tungsten wire or non-sagging tungsten wire (Non-sagTungstenWire).

Tungsten wire is generally drawn by various wire drawing dies. The main purpose is to manufacture filaments and high-speed cutting alloy steel, and it is also used in optical instruments, chemical instruments, etc.

The resistivity of tungsten wire is 5.3*10^-8. Tungsten has a high melting point, high resistivity, good strength, and low vapor pressure. It is the best material for making incandescent filaments among all pure metals. However, tungsten is hard and brittle, making it difficult to process. When the current passes through the tungsten wire and is heated to a certain temperature, the resistance value of the tungsten wire increases to a certain value (the resistance value of the general metal wire increases with the increase of temperature).

2. Working Principle of straight tungsten wire for high frequency electric knife

In high-frequency electrosurgical surgery, the current flows into the human body from the knife pen, and then flows out of the negative plate. Our commonly used mains frequency is 50Hz. We can also perform electrosurgery in this frequency band, but in this band, the current may cause excessive stimulation to the human body and cause death. Electrocution in foreign countries is based on this principle.

After the current frequency exceeds 100KHz, the nerves and muscles will no longer respond to the current, so the high-frequency electric knife is to convert the 50Hz current of the mains into a high-frequency current exceeding 200KHz, so that the high-frequency energy can stimulate the patient with the minimum Pass through the human body without any risk of electric shock.

The function of the negative plate: it can form a current loop, reduce the current density at the plate, and prevent the current from leaving the patient and returning to the high-frequency electric knife to continue to heat the tissue and burn the patient.

3. We can supply many  diameters straight tungsten wire,0.013mm,0.01mm,0.02mm,0.025mm,0.03mm,0.035mm ,0.04mm,0.045mm,0.05mm,0.06mm,0.07mm,0.08mm,0.1mm,0.2mm etc.
