Description:

The mixing tank reactor is with a simple and widely used design that consists of a cylindrical vessel with a stirrer, which is for mixing various process media together. Media include all liquid types, gases & solids (such as salts, powders, granules etc).     Compared with conventional diesel, biodiesel has the following incomparable properties.

1. Excellent environmental protection characteristics. Mainly due to the low sulfur content in biodiesel, the emissions of sulfur dioxide and sulfides are low, which can be reduced by about 30%; biodiesel does not contain aromatic alkanes, such as benzene and other compounds that can cause pollution to the environment, so the exhaust gas is harmful to the human body. Less damaging than petrochemical diesel. Tests show that compared with ordinary diesel, the use of biodiesel can reduce air toxicity by 90% and reduce the cancer rate by 94%. Because biodiesel has high oxygen content, it emits less smoke when burning, and the carbon monoxide emissions are similar to diesel.
