CSQ High Magnetic Density Separator is used for separating the fine hematite , false hematite, limonite and siderite and some other rare metal ore processing. The magnetic is for large
area, large capacity. Tooth plate is regarded as magnetic media, magnetic strength and field gradient are with high value. It’s effective for the Low-grade oxide ore. And with
good testing for the mineral such as manganese , beach sands , wolframite, tin , glass sand and phosphate mines.

It is mainly provided for labs of metallurgical, geological, building material, light and other industries to carry out separation tests of moderate and weak-intensity magnetic

A: Magnetic system:
1.Iron corefive pieces of DT3 electrical pure iron core are assembled into U type magnet circuit. the cross dimention of the core is 130*220.
2. Exciting winding: double glass-fiber covered rectangular copper wires of 1.81*5.5 is winded into magnetizing coils. Eight coils are connected in series to the two sides of
separation area. Besides, fan cooling windings are installed.
3. Separating tank.
B. Feeding, washing and receiving device.the control procedures aremagnetizing--feeding--flushing the middling--demagnetizing--flushing the concentrate--magnetizing
--feeding--flushing the midding--demagnetizing-flushing the concentrate, such cycle is repeated to realize the receipt of the sorted"tailings", "middling" and "concentrate"products.
