Introduction

This project includes the following sections:

Features and Advantages

1) Good quality and high output, suitable for large-scale activity of lime production line.

2) Stable production, all the production with the negative pressure, air flow and higher security.

4) Fine grade limestone can be calcined, full use of mine resources.

5) Low heat consumption per unit of product, installation in vertical kiln perheated kiln can take advantage of exhaust warm limestone, greatly reducing the fuel consumption.

6) Making full use of industrial waste gas as a fuel for lime burning (such as blast furnace exhaust gas, acetylene tail gas, charcoal blue exhaust, etc)

7) Kiln head adopts the design of vertical cooler integrating kiln head cover. The construction area is small, good sealing, effectively avoiding hot waste gas emissions unsystematically.

8) Environmental protection, the adoption of pulse bag filter dust collecting dust, discharge concentration less than 50mg Nm³/ and below national emission standard (less than 100mg/Nm³)

9) High automation level, the adjustment of production system operation, control and alarm adopts PLC to control in the control center room, reducing artificial and improving efficiency.

The Process of Quicklime Kiln Production Line

1. Raw material feeding

Limestone in the plant yard will be carried by tractor shovel and fed to hopper and it will be discharged from hopper to vibrating feeder and sent to vibrating screen for screening through belt conveyor. The size more than 40mm will be sent to pre-heater by conveyor. And those less than 40mm will be carried away.
2. Calcination
Limestone in the pre-heater will be preheated by the hot air, then it will be discharged to rotary kiln through chute that connecting pre-heater and kiln. It will stay in the kiln for 1.5-2 hours for calcination. During the process, it will be calcined with temperature around 1300 ℃, after which comes limestone decomposition and release of CO2, then the formation of quick lime will be completed.
3. Lime conveying
Lime will be discharged to a chain conveyor by vibrating feeders in the bottom of vertical cooler and it will be lifted to the storage hopper which can be used for dispatch or transported to the hydration workshop.
4. Dust filtering .
There are two dust filtering systems. One is in the kiln inlet, and dust will be filtered by bag filter then the clean gas will be released to air. The other is dust from lime storage hopper and the feeding part of bucket elevator, dust will be filtered by bags and then released to air.
