Introduction of Ball Mill:
Alumina ceramic ball mill is also called ceramic ball mill, ceramic
grinding mill, etc. It is widely used to process limestone and
basalt in glass making and silica grinding industries. It can
improve the production capacity and efficiency. Ceramic ball mill
can be made both continuous type and batch type.
Now the alumina ceramic ball mill is produced with alumina content
above 92%, and it extends mill linings up to 5 years in some
grinding applications.
Working Principle of Ball Mill:
The ceramic ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted
by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding
chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner,
ripple liner and steel balls of different specifications in the
chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings
the steel balls to a certain height, and impact and grind the
materials. The ground materials are discharged through the
discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.
