For example: I) capping lifting cam (the main part of capping running stability), while adopting "zalkin" technology, experts and professors have carried out kinematics and dynamics design, which greatly improves the capping machine running stability and reliability. II) the capping head is the main component of capping effect reliability. We asked experts to design the mechanism of the magnetic ring to make the capping torque more accurate and capping effect more reliable, which can better reduce the defective rate of capping.

2) It is equipped with a bottle feeding detection switch of capping machine, which is interlocked with the cap locking cylinder at the joint of the cap falling guide rail and the cap shifting plate to control the discharge of the cap, so as to ensure that the cap feeding is stopped when there is no bottle, and reduce the loss of the user's cap.

3) A group of photoelectric switches are installed on the cover falling guide rail. When there is no cover on the cover falling guide rail, the machine will stop automatically and give an alarm, which can effectively avoid the occurrence of bottles without cover.

4) The anti rotation knife is made of imported materials, which makes the effect and service life much better than similar products.
