4. Working principle of Titanium dioxide rotary kiln metallurgy machine
The filter cake of filtered titania hydrolysate is input to the end
of the rotary kiln of titanium dioxide with a certain incline and
slow rotation. At the same time, the combustion mixing chamber in
the direction of the kiln head blows clean flame and hot air into
the kiln to dehydrate and calcinate the filter cake. After
dehydration and calcination at a high temperature of more than
1000℃, the hydrolyzed titanium dioxide filter cake with the help of
tilted titanium dioxide rotary kiln body, both along the circular
direction and along the axial direction (from high-end to low-end),
constantly complete the process of dehydration and calcination.
Finally, through the double hydraulic flip plate discharge valve
under the kiln head cover into the cooling machine, the material
after cooling and screening is titanium dioxide finished products.
