String wound filter cartridges or wound filter cartridge, spiral
wound filter elements are made of Polypropylene / PP,
absorbent/bleached cotton, or glass fiber wound yarn materials.
Inner core materials PP, 304 stainless stee, and 316 stainless
steel are available for option. It is decided by the application
operation temperature and PH range.
PP string wound cartridge filter, cotton string wound cartridge
filter and glass fiber cartridge filter can offer true dept
filtration for high dirt holding capacity and extremely low media
migration. The main advantage of the string wound filter cartridge
is its exceptionally high structural strength, therefore, they can
withstand higher PSID and severe operating conditions.
Wound yarn filter cartridges can work very effectively a variety of
industrial processing, such as in Pre-RO water treatment, Food
& Beverage, Chemical filter solution, waste water treatment,
petrochemical process, Electronic & semiconductor etc.
