This precision miniature stepper motor, the output shaft has a lead
screw with a pitch of 0.4mm, and the lead screw and the lead screw
supported by the lead screw rotate to generate thrust.
The basic step angle of the motor is 18 degrees, and the motor runs
20 steps per week, so the displacement resolution can reach 0.02mm,
achieving the purpose of precise control.
In terms of actuators, the subdivision drive method is adopted to
meet the requirements.
This stepper motor comes with a bracket, lead screw and relative
motion slider. Mounting brackets can be replaced according to
customer requirements.
Since the output shaft of the motor is a lead screw, during the
rotation of the lead screw, the lead screw drives the slider to
move back and forth. This conveniently provides actions such as
forward and backward. In addition, the stepping motor can precisely
control the speed, the number of revolutions, etc., which also
determines the movement speed of the slider, and the movement
position is precisely controllable. The positioning accuracy can be
controlled within 0.05mm.
In addition, this is a motor with FPC, and there are also motors

Generally speaking, the maximum length of M2 screws is 50mm, M3 screws can reach 100mm, and M4 screws can reach 100mm. 150mm can also be achieved. Small motors use lead screws that are too large in diameter and consume a lot of power. Therefore, it is also necessary to consider comprehensively when selecting a motor.
4. The material of the slider is generally plastic, which is easy to form and the price is relatively cheap.
When customers have special use environment and requirements, the slider can also be replaced with metal parts.
