Charges all old, present & future 3.6-3.7v/7.2-7.4v Li-Ion
battery packs for digital cameras, camcorders, and mobile phones, except those few with contacts on opposite sides
and Sony NP-FT1, NP-FR1, NPFD1, NP-BD1 and NP-BG1 Also charges 1-2 3.6v round cells and 1-2 AA and AAA rechargeable
Ni-MH and Ni-Cd cells. Microprocessor identifies 3.6-3.7v/7.2-7.4v Li-Ion batteries and
Ni-Mh/Ni-Cd cells and their +/- poles, and adjusts to charge automatically. Controls fast/trickle charge accurately to ensure the batteries are
charged swiftly and fully, with low voltage battery activation. Over-voltage, short-circuit and over-time
protection as well as defective battery detection. Worldwide voltage (100-240v) Switching power adapter and 12v car cigarette lighter adapter
included for home and car use. Operating Instructions 1. Inserting the batteries 1.1. Li-Ion battery Use the adjusters on the back of the charger to line up the
contacts with the + and pins on the battery. Position the battery dependant on the position of the contacts,
then lock it in position with the sliding section. 1.2. Ni-MH and Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries Charge only the same size type and capacities. Slide open the movable part of the charger and place 2 batteries
in-line with the contacts. Close the slider to lock them into position. 2. Charging This charger has leads to charge from either a car cigarette
lighter socket, or from household mains. Plug in the appropriate lead and turn the power on. Most
cars will operate the cigarette lighter only when the ignition is on. Check that the
charger is operating by means of the power light. The charge light should be flashing. If not, turn off the charger,
check, and if needs be, reposition the battery. Charge will be complete when the charge light becomes constant. Safety Instructions Do not attempt to recharge any non-rechargeable batteries. Do not mix cell types or capacities. Do not expose charger to humidity or high temperatures. Always disconnect charger when not in use.
