1. Production process

All the required componments of the main board processing line are supplied by Chinese manufactures.In addition they provide all the ancillary equipment such as mixers .

Raw Material Delivery

Raw materials arrive at the plant via truck and rail transport in a variety of forms and packaging .mgo power is delivered via pneumatic trailer and piped into outside 150-ton mobile silos called a pig or guppy trailer .mgcl2 is delivered in liquid tanker truck and piped into outside 32,000-gallon vertical tank farm wood chips,the largest commodity is delivered in modular containers and stockpiled outside the plant.the comparably smaller balance of raw materials ,are deliver in bulk or standard bag format and stored inside the plant on pallets ,all the materials are sampled as they arrive and sent to the lab to maintain quality control.

2. Product

About this production line ,among which ,Glue spreading-overlaying-daying Machine and Glazing Machine are equipment which will give the advanced processing to the boarad .the above two machine s can overlay and glaze the magnesium oxide board or orinary wood board . The Glue spreading-overlaying-daying Machine can overlay wood-grain paper,PVC film .The Glazing Machine will glaze the overlaied board with wood-grain paper,and make the board with bright light or dull light .The above processing will replace former painting working processing .(because the wood-grain paper is not wearable and it has no gloss degree)

3. Technoloy features

There is not any requirement about high temperature and high pressure during production processing .the boarad will be formed at one time after roller-extruding under the conditions of normal temperation and normal pressure .this is a green environmental-protection project, because that there is no waste water ,waste materials and waste gas during its production processing .the finised board don’t need high temperature drying ,air-drying and watering ,and under the normal temperature ,they will dry well indoor .

Have passed the testing of National Research Center of Testing Tecgnique for Building Material and Nation Quality,Supervision ,Inspection and Quarantine Center for

Fixed Fire Extinguishing System and Fire-resistant Component ,and its fireproof grade is A.

In 2004,this equipment were awarded as State Key New Product by State Ministry of Science and Technology,Ministry of Commerce,Quality Supervision,Inspection and Quarantine of the people’s Republic of China and State Environmental Protection Administration,as well as National Quality Ispection ion Qualified Building Material Product by China Quality Ispection Association and Building Material Prefessional Committee.

Profit analysis(take the middle-scale equipment as example), 400 pieces per day ,at the common price of 40 yuan/piece to sell,and then the profit per piece is that: 40 yuan/piece-15.9yuan/piece=24.1 yuan/piece,the profit per day is that:400 pieces*24.1yuan/piece=9640yuan

6. Production conditions

The production line for mgo board is composed of board-making machine,glue-spreading and veneering-drying machine and glazing machine.according to the production and the automatic degree, this production line is divided into 6 models and three specifications ,such as large ,middle and small specification. The customer can select any kind,and we can manufacture the products according to your choice .
