Production Process
Description
JSBS has passed the ISO 9001 quality management system. And we have
our own Lab to do the chemical and mechanical test. For example, we
test the raw material component content and the strength when we
purchase the raw material. And if the material does not pass
the test,we’ll not use it to produce our poles. So customers can be
rest assured that we always manufacture the good quality poles.
Meanwhile, our factory has the AMT ( Advanced Manufacturing
Technology ), all the purposes are to provide high-quality poles to
all over the world.
We will test the metal sheet thickness, galvanization Thickness and
do the load test according to client's request before delivery.
This ensures the quality of the steel poles we produce.
Our factory has built special plant for testing the load of
steel poles.
Terms and Conditions
1. Price Term: EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
Ø EXW: Poles Cost
Ø FOB : Pole Cost + Land Transportation + Fee on Port
Ø CFR : Pole Cost + Land Transportation + Fee on Port + Sea Freight
Ø C I F : Pole Cost + Land Transportation + Fee on Port + Sea
Freight + Insurance.
2. MOQ: One 40FT Container.
3. Payment Term: Typically 30% by T/T as a deposit, balance by T/T or L/C at sight
before shipment. Other payment way can be negotiated.
4. Delivery Time: 30 working days after PI/drawing/ prepayment confirmed.
5. Package: Normally wrapped by plastic bags or burlap cloth at the top and
bottom, or according to clients’ requirement.
