Titanium Stainless Steel Shell And Tube Heat Exchanger is the equipment that can transfer certain heat from the thermal fluid to the cold fluid. It is the essential equipment to achieve the heat exchange and transfer during the production process.

Tube heat exchanger is a high-efficiency heat exchanger suitable for steam-steam, steam-liquid and liquid-liquid heat transfer.

1. Dry tube shell falling film evaporator

 

Shell-and-tube dry evaporators are divided into straight tube type and U-shaped tube type. Their common feature is that there are multiple rounded baffles in the shell, the purpose is to increase the flow of refrigerant outside the tube and enhance the heat exchange effect.

 

The characteristics of the dry shell and tube falling film evaporator are:

 

① It can ensure that the lubricating oil entering the refrigeration system returns to the compressor smoothly;

② The required refrigerant charge is small, only 1/3 of the same capacity flooded evaporator;

③ When used for cooling water, even if the evaporation temperature reaches 0℃, there will be no icing accident;

④ The thermal expansion valve can be used for liquid supply, which is more reliable than the liquid-filled float valve.
