Marble working table

The main body of the equipment has good overall rigidity and high strength, the base is made of high-quality marble, and the beam is made of extruded aluminum profiles, which have good acceleration performance and effectively prevent structural deformation. The metal plates are clamped by pneumatic clamps, and there is a funnel device below to facilitate the collection of materials, and the marble countertops are surrounded by a good stability.

Linear guide rail and linear motor

We use FSCUT1000, FSCUT2000,etc. and CypCut or Cypone software.

If you want to use another controller you needs, we support adjust configurations.

Laser source

We use Raycus, JPT, IPG, MAX or other laser source, we support it according to customers needs.

Auto Focus Laser Cutting Head

Laser head with automatic focus function, which can adjust the focus automatically, no need to adjust it by hand. The software can change the focusing lenses automatically according to the different thickness of the materials. It can shorten the perforation time,improve the perforation quality and cutting speed. It’s simple, convenient and fast.

Water chiller

Each of the cooling circuit is independently controlled and has its own mission - one serves for cooling the fiber laser and the other serves for cooling the optics. The water chiller for cooling laser source and laser head, we use S&A, Hanli, DVT water chiller you can choose you needs.

Intelligent Software With Alarm Function

Adopts high definition toughened glass, intelligent touch, fast response and smoother operation. Ultra low power consumption and high resolution.The new intelligent alarm system is pushed to the interface through the control center to find abnormalities in advance, quickly eliminate and feed back, reduce hidden dangers, and there is no danger in remote alarm operation.
