We specially designed and manufactured Heavy Duty Horizontal Lathe with Hydraulic Chuck used for turning breaking hammer in mining industry.

rigidity and accuracy, and fast indexing speed.
3. Spindle utilizes double-row cylindrical roller bearings for high accuracy and rigidity.
4. Hydraulic tailstock is an available option.
5. High accuracy ball screws greatly improve the machining accuracy of the part.
6. Manual chuck is standard, hydraulic chuck is optional.

We have our own annealling furnace to do surface treatment of QUENCHING and HARDENING.

Zero backlash with ball screw.

Rough & finish machining is achieved in the cnc lathe machine with SIEMENS or FANUC cnc control system

The operation panel is PLC Control with our special design which obtained national patent, the operation is easy, like CNC but cheaper and easier than CNC Control.
