Also known as flat bar, the rectangular bar that we stock is made
from alloy 6061. Considered by many as the 'general purpose” alloy,
6061 is used in a multitude of industries like industrial,
aerospace, medical, automotive, marine and more.
We use quality aluminum rod, to avoid fault caused by impurity. We carry out timing process to guarantee the standard hardness. We use premium outdoor powder for coating to ensure long life span. After extrusion, we inspect critical specifications to ensure the products fit perfectly with the accessories. After surface treatment, besides basic surface inspection, color difference, film thickness, adhesive force and so on will be check according to the standard.
