Product Description:
Hexagonal Wire Mesh gabion box is the most common and most practical kind used in the project.To fill with stones at the river bank or seaside to stop flood, on the mountain to prevent rock falling.
It's made of hot-dip galvanizing or galfan wire, If need, 0.5 mm thick PVC can be coated on the galvanized/galfan wire to provide added protection for use in aggressive environments with acidic soils and water, in salt or fresh water or wherever the risk of corrosion is present.In order to reinforce the structure, the edge wire has a greater diameter than the mesh wire.The gabion box is divided into units by means of diaphragms positioned at approximately 1m centres.

Advantages:

4.Gabion baskets are made from double twisted, hexagonal woven wire mesh. The wire used to manufacture the gabion baskets is fabricated from high quality tensile, heavily galvanized steel, which is also available with an extruded PVC coating for additional corrosion protection, when required by the application. The double twist of the woven wire mesh provides integrity, strength and continuity to the structure by adding a non-raveling effect that prevents any accidental damage from spreading.
