Metal stamping includes a variety of sheet-metal forming manufacturing processes,
such
as punching using a machine press or stamping press, blanking,
embossing, bending, flan
ging, and coining. This could be a single stage operation where
every stroke of the press pro
duce the desired form on the sheet metal part, or could occur
through a series of stages.
Laser cutting technology is widely used in the processing of
metal and non-metallic materials, which can greatly reduce the
processing time, reduce the processing cost, and improve the
quality of the workpiece. Modern lasers have become the "sword" of
"cutting iron 1 like mud" that people fantasized about pursuing.
Taking Jinyun Laser C02 laser cutting machine as an example, the
whole system is composed of control system, motion system, optical

cutting is achieved by using the high power density energy
generated by laser focusing. Under the control of the computer, the
laser is discharged through the pulse, so as to output the
controlled repeated high frequency pulsed laser, forming a certain
frequency, a certain pulse width of the beam, the pulsed laser beam
through the light path conduction and reflection and through the
focusing lens group focused on the surface of the processed object,
forming a fine, high energy density spot, the focal spot is located
near the surface to be processed, to the instant high Warm melt or
vaporize the material being processed. Each high-energy laser pulse
instantly sputtered a small hole on the surface of the object,
under the control of the computer, the laser processing head and
the processed material according to the pre-drawn graphics for
continuous relative motion dot, so that the object will be
processed into the desired shape. When cutting, a stream of air
coaxial with the beam is ejected from the cutting head and the
melted or vaporized material is blown out from the bottom of the
cut (Note: If the blown gas and the cut material produce a thermal

contaminated). Compared with traditional plate processing methods,
laser cutting has the advantages of high cutting quality (narrow
incision width, small heat-affected zone, smooth incision), high
cutting speed, high flexibility (can cut any shape at will), and
wide material adaptability.
