Three links also known as pipe fittings three-way or three-way pipe
fittings, three-way joints and so on. Mainly used to change the
direction of the fluid, used in the main pipe branch. It can be
classified according to the diameter of the pipe. Generally used
carbon steel, cast steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper,
aluminum alloy, plastic, argon leachate, pvc and other materials.
The three links are pipe fittings and pipe connections. Also known
as pipe fittings three-way or three-way pipe fittings, stainless
steel equal diameter three-way joint, used in the main pipe to
branch pipe.
The three-way is a kind of chemical pipe fittings with three
openings, one inlet, two exits, or two imports and one outlet,
which have T shape and Y shape, equal diameter pipe mouth, and
different diameter pipe mouth, which are used for three identical
or different pipe pools. The main function of the three links is to
change the direction of the fluid.

By size of pipe

By process
1. Hydraulic expansion
Hydraulic expansion of three-way is a forming process of expanding
branch pipe by axial compensation of metal material. The process is
to use a special hydraulic press to inject liquid into the tube
billet equal to the diameter of the three links, and to squeeze the
tube billet synchronously through the two horizontal side cylinders
of the hydraulic press. The liquid in the tube billet increases
with the volume of the tube billet.
The hydraulic expansion process of the three-way can be formed at
one time, and the production efficiency is high, and the wall
thickness of the supervisor and shoulder of the three-way is
increased.
Because of the large tonnage of the hydraulic expansion process of
seamless three links, it is mainly used in the manufacture of
standard wall thickness three links less than DN400. The suitable
forming materials are low carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless
steel, including some non-ferrous metal materials, such as copper,
aluminum, titanium and so on.
