Product description
Function features: Servo motor back and forward the mesh panel.
1 This machine adopts synchronous control technique. The
center-control and welding time are composed of Mitsubishi PLC
program system. The input front-panel has two forms, touch screen
and keyboard that makes the machine more intelligent and reasonable
and it could press at one time, times welding.
2 The machine stops automatically if cross wires are used up
in the hopper.
3. Adjustable longitude wire space and cross wire space.The line
wire and the weft wire are pre-straight and pre-cut. The greatest
advantage is that you can adjust the distance of weft wire at
random on the same one piece wire mesh sheet.
4. Mesh pulling system is controlled by servo-motor that adopts
elastic tension and opening positioning mesh, which improves the
precision of mesh opening size.
5 Wire feeding way:The line wires and cross wires should be pre-straightened and pre-cut, then be put by manual work
6 Material:Suitable for low carbon iron wire, ribbed wire, cold drawn wire,or galvanized (cold galvanized, hot galvanized) processing.
Note; The machine need 2 sets electrodes. One is for making small
wire diameter and small mesh size,wire diameter 3-6mm welding mesh
40x40-300x300mm. Another set electrodes is for making big wire
diameter and big mesh size.Wire diameter 4-8mm Welding mesh
100x100-300x300mm
