In exisiting casting market, thristor type medium frequency induction and new generation of IGBT dual cell transistor medium frequency indduction melting furnace. 

Compared with thyristor , the third generation of IGBT transistor can not only control conduction, but also can control its turn-off action at will. However, thyristor must be passively turned off and require time to finish this action, this makes inverter power factor of IGBT transistor type much higher (≥97%) and furnace voltage much higher as well under the same input voltage (380V).  IGBT inverter voltage is around 2800V, while inverter voltage of traditional thyristor is only 750V ~ 800V, so inverter voltage is four times higher than that of thyristor type, 15% power energy can be saved. 

Germany's Infineon's innovative IGBT5 technology and XT technologies were first applied to expand well-known PrimePACK, increasing power density by 25% compared to the fourth generation technology (2012-2016). This increases its life to 10 times longer than before and current covering range is increased to 1800A/1700V as well. 

Thick raw material for furnace shell, reasonable match between induction ring and capacitor, intelligent type digital main control board, constant output and high efficiency power factor are guarantee for quick melting speed.

One power supply cabinet can supply power to one furnace , two furnaces or multiple furnaces at the same time to achieve continuous molten iron in the casting process.
