Product Description:

It follows an electric and magnet induction principle, electricity can  generate magnetism, and magnetism can generate electricity in turn. Resonance occurs between the induction ring and the capacitor inside the power supply cabinet. This phenomenon results in the production of alternating current under the action of resonance. The alternating current then produces an alternating magnetic field. The alternating magnetic field causes the electrons inside the metal material to move in alternating directions, producing electron eddies in the process. Additionally, the electrons collide fiercely with one another, resulting in the production of heat, heat gradually increase until the melting point of the metal is reached.

The capacitor mounted in the power supply cabinet is serially connected to the induction ring located inside the furnace body.

Thick material for furnace shell , reasonable match between induction ring and capacitor, intelligent type digital main control board, constant output and high efficiency power factor are guarantee for quick melting speed.

With our own patent right (patent No. ZL 202222790179.8),the currently widely applied thyristor serial-connected electric furnaces possess an outstanding power factor of over 0.95, which makes it have an excellecent power saving by 20%, this perfomance is much higher than the parallel-connected types
