Design standards

Corrosion protection
All elements of the mast metal structures are subjected to hot galvanizing. The minimal width of the zinc layer for major elements of the metal structure is 100-150 microns and 40 microns for bracketry.
Signal painting
Signal painting is made over the hot galvanizing layer under special technology in shop conditions. The painting is made in two layers -the first - epoxy priming, the second - polyurethane paint. The total width of the coating is not below 90 microns.
