The spare parts come from the mature products such as the heavy
truck, construction machinery and agricultural machinery, which
have respective series and specification. The product development
cycle will be greatly shorted if the company optimizes these parts
to form the products of different horsepower. The company has
developed 8 models, more than 30 types of large tractor of 110-270
horsepower in the past 4 years. Six modes have been produced in
large quantity.

Satisfy the individual requirement of user convenientlyAdjust the speed ratio of the transmission to get the different speed for each gear, which can meet the agricultural requirement in various regions; adjust the speed ratio of the final drive case to meet the requirement of output speed standard in different countries. The company also can select the function modules according to the user’s requirement to produce special tractor.
5. Organize the mass production convenientlyThe module structure adopts the common parts. The company can adopt the social resources and the manufacturing platform of XCMG, and organizes the mass production of large tractor without any great fixed investment.
6. Repair conveniently
The module structure is convenient for the engineer to shoot the
trouble and repair the machine.
