Horizontal split case pump is single-stage, double suction, horizontal split case centrifugal pump specially engineered for high load water pumping applications. This Horizontal split case pump is more efficient and reasonable which is designed and optimized for global market. The big flow Horizontal split case pump can replace some mixed-flow water pumps. The high head Horizontal split case pump could replace some multistage pumps. The casing structure of Horizontal split case pump is split axially with opposing suction and discharge flanges to simplifying maintenance greatly. S series (diesel) split case pump is single-stage double-suction centrifugal pump with horizontal split casing. It is widely used for water supply & drainage in fields of factories, cities, mines, power stations and farmlands as well as water conservancy. It's provided for delivering clear water without solid particles or other liquid which is physically and chemically similar to clear water.

Product Description

S series (diesel) split case pump is horizontally installed, the casing and the cover of pump are divided along the axis. The pump cover is above the shaft and the casing is under the shaft. The inlet and the outlet are under the shaft. The center line of inlet and outlet is perpendicular to the axis. The rotor elements will be removed without disturbing the inlet piping and the outlet piping, only dismantling the pump cover while maintenance. The shaft seal uses packing seal or mechanical seal.
