Woodgrain print patterns steel, known as Timber steel, provides the character and beauty of wood with the durability, longevity and low maintenance of steel. Unlike its wood and wood veneer counterparts, our Woodgrain Metal was designed to stand the test of time. The base metal for our Woodgrain Series is a 55% Aluminum-Zinc Alloy Coated Steel and galvanized steel. Our Woodgrain Series is a PVDF, HDP,PE Pre-Painted Steel that is great for applications such as pre-engineered buildings, architectural wall panels, facades, and other applications where durability and long-lasting performance are required.There are multiple colors available for each print, including the option to create custom colors with these patterns, just like Golden Maple, Grey Oak,Light Natural Walnut,Long Grain Cherry, Long Grain Oak, Oak Print Cherrywood, Oak Print Light. Samples of each product are available upon request.
Wood grain Prepainted Galvanized Steel Coil are typical wood texture (as shown in the figure). Special requirements from customers may be met via negotiation and research .Wood grain PPGI steel coil is prepared by being coated with a layer of paint and baked pattern is printed out using the gravure technologies, then a layer of clear lacquer is coated and after being baked again, color-coated printed steel sheet is obtained.

Quality Test
We can accept the third-party inspection before shipment like SGS, BV for PPGI, PPGL, GI, GL, Prepainted steel, color coated steel coils, printech wooden texture steel, wooden plain steel, brick, marble, stone, camouflage color steel and PVC laminated steel sheet.
1) 4 eye bands and 4 circumferential bands in steel.
2) Printech wooden pattern PPGI fluted rings on inner and outer edges.
3) Wood texture steel metal & waterproof paper wall protection disk.
4) Wood plain color coated steel coil & waterproof paper around circumference.
