►Description

Fresh milk transporter(also called milk tanker, milk transporter, milk preservation transporter, liquid food transporter truck) is mainly used to transport fresh goat milk, fresh milk, fresh juice, edible oil,Fresh-keeping edible products such as bulk beer. With excellent heat preservation and anti-corrosion effects,milk transport truck can ensure that the product is stored in the tank for 24 hours and the temperature is within the range of plus and minus 1 degrees Celsius.

►Feature1. The tank body is made of 4mm 304-2B food-grade stainless steel clean surface bright cold steel plate material,which is completed by argon arc welding process, the welding is smoother and the welding is splash-free, which is beneficial to cleaning;

2. The tank body is made by the design process of independent and separate compartments and is divided into compartments according to customer requirements. Each compartment is equipped with a self-flowing port to make the tank body more rigid, not easy to deform and increase service life;

3. Each compartment is equipped with cip internal automatic cleaning device to ensure that 2.2 meters is equipped with 2 automatic cleaning balls to ensure that the tank has a 360-degree cleaning effect without dead ends;

4. The thermal insulation layer adopts the polyurethane integral foaming process, the foaming thickness is 80-120mm.The temperature difference within the tank body within 24 hours under normal temperature conditions is less than 1 degree;

5. The outer layer of polyurethane foaming process is wrapped with 10mm rubber sponge, which further improves the insulation performance of the tank, and increases the flame retardancy and shock resistance of the tank;

6. The outsourcing is made of 2mm304 stainless steel plate, the appearance is stainless steel and the overall appearance is beautiful and atmospheric;

7. Mechanically sealed manhole cover equipped with an automatic breathing valve, which automatically adjusts the positive and negative pressure difference formed between the inside and outside of the tank during driving, which makes driving safer;

8. Tank body adopts the design process of high front and low rear, which promotes the fresh milk to flow more cleanly and quickly;

9. The tank body adopts a three-layer design process. The first layer of the inner tank is made of 4mm304-2B food-grade stainless steel sheet, which is polished and polished inside to achieve a smooth and clean inside of the tank body without acute angles; the second layer is a 80-120mm polyurethane foam insulation layer ; The foaming layer is wrapped with 10mm rubber sponge to further improve the insulation performance of the tank; the third layer uses a 2mm stainless steel outsourcing process to ensure driving safety; the tank can be divided into warehouses and open warehouses, according to customer requirements. Types of products are transported at one time, each silo body is equipped with cip (automatic cleaning device): cleaning rod or cleaning ball, multiple automatic rotating cleaning nozzles, with automatic discharge port, cleaning pipe, and inlet tank port;
