At present, most automobiles are load-bearing bodies, and the beams
and shells of the load-bearing bodies are integrated. Therefore,
the front and rear suspension systems and the body beams are
independently connected by a single component. From the connection
method, it is divided into hard connection and soft connection.
Most of the sub-frame and the main frame are directly connected by
high-strength screws. This is called a hard connection. The
connection between the suspension system and the subframe has a
certain buffer connection, which we call software connection, or
semi-flexible connection, that is, automobile suspension bushings.
These linings are made of rubber as the cushioning effect of the
lining. Like tires, the rubber has the service life of natural
oxidation and aging. Therefore, for some old cars over 5 or 6 years
old, we generally have to put these linings. Check it, some
seriously aging must be replaced. Secondly, for some cars that
usually take some bumpy roads, due to the normalized and severe
impact of the suspension, these chassis bushings are more prone to
loosening and cracking, so they must be replaced.
