Question:How to use it ?
Answer :
a. At first, press the top button then it will upspring,the lockout open; the cable can be extended according to your need.
b. Lightly press the winding switch button, the cable can automatic retract.
c. Not press the winding switch button, the cable will stop automatic retracting, at last press the top button and hang on safety padlock though the hole on the top button.
