Transfer
Rotory lobe Pumps are commonly used for a variety of transfer applications. Rotory lobe pumps provide flows up to 4000 gpm and pressures up to 218 psi to transfer slurry from one point to another with ease.
Long distances can be overcome using the Marathon Series twostage pump.
Our design is simple and compact and will easily install into an existing system as a replacement
pump. Drive options are available such as electric, hydraulic or PTO for advanced mobility. A
three or four point linkage system is also avialable to drive the pump via a tractor's PTO.

Pumping liquid manure or wastes and substrates from industrialized agriculture, in particular, requires sophisticated, durable and powerful pump technology.
Abrasive solid and fibrous matter or especially viscous liquids set the bar high for both suction power as well as pump durability. In the worst case, clumps and large disruptive and foreign matter can result in pump failure, thereby bringing additional systems to their knees, such as solid matter feeding.
The principle
Accuvon rotary lobe pumps are contact-free, rotating, positive displacement pumps. Thanks to pulsation-free rotary lobes, they deliver extremely low vibration and even pump performance. Their unique design makes the pumps resistant to both foreign matter as well as running dry. The flow rate increases in proportion to the speed, so Accuvon rotary lobe pumps have proven themselves to be an efficient choice for virtually any type of pumping task in a biogas plant.

Pulsation Free, High Abrasives & Low Shear
The state of the art in positive displacement pumps. The Tri-lobe screw profile Lobe has increased capacity compared with former lobe designs while eliminating pulsation. The convoluted design of the Tri-lobe screw profile Lobe provides a large cavity that's perfect for harsh and abrasive sludge. This design also makes it possible to achieve a required pressure at a slower rpm which results in less damage to lobes and minimal wear to the rest of the pump. The gentle pumping action of the Tri-lobe screw profile Lobe is also friendly to shear sensitive liquids. This also applies to applications where large amounts of entrained air is present in the liquid.
