Q2. Can I put LiFePO4 battery pack in parallel or series by myself?
Yes, but never pack together those batteries with different
capacities and voltage. It reduces the life of those battries
greatly. If you have no knowledge about packing batteries. please
tell us your need and we will match them for you. Here are some
tips for DIY batteries.
1. Make sure the voltage and capacity are the same before packing.
2. Never put used and unused batteries together for packing . It
reduces the capacity of the whole battery.
3. Tell us the target capacity of the whole pack. We will find the
suitable BMS for you.
Q3. What is your warranty?
3 years warranty for our battery packs. At least 2000 cycle life
for the LiFePO4 battery pack.
2 years warranty for our LFP cells. .At least 2000 cycle life for
the LiFePO4 cells
Q4. How do we deliver our products?
Your order can be picked up by your own forwarder. If you have no
forwarders, we ship the batteries to you.
For sample order or small battery packs, we can ship by express
through Fedex, UPS, TNT, DPD etc. If whole parcel over 100kg, we
may ship them by air or by sea, sea shipping is more economical.
Just tell us your nearest airport or sea port. Our salesman will
find the best shipping option for you.
