Product Description

There are three kinds of freezers:1. Tuneel freezers 2. Spiral Freezers 3. Fluidized IQF Tunnel Freezers
Tunnel freezers: Low cost, suitable for freezing fish and meat, thick and heavy foods. The way of blowing is the from the top
Spiral freezers:Lower energy consumption,small floor occupying,retention time is much flexible,the adjusted range is large.The way of blowing is from the edgeways
Fluidized IQF Tunnel Freezers: Suitable for freezing small and light materials, such as shrimp, strawberries, beans and granular materials. The way of blowing is from the bottom.

Food transportation:	The SUS304 special food conveyor belt is equipped with variable frequency and variable speed motor, the transportation speed can be adjusted flexibly as per different products; Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with belt elastic automatic regulating device, to ensure the stable and long-term operation of food transportation belt.
Equipment maintenance:	The equipment side is equipped with maintenance & cleaning gate to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of conveyor. The bottom of engine body is equipped with drainage outlet to drain water from the equipment. The whole equipment is long life, low consumable design, the easily-damaged parts can be replaced easily and rapidly with excellent maintainability.

The equipment structure has whole lifting type, side-opening door type.

It is applicable to flow-line production of high value-added products, such as processing of fish & shrimp, shrimp meat, seafood, freshwater fish, fresh food, meat product, high-grade fruit, out-of season fruits and medicinal materials, etc.
