Product Description

Liquid nitrogen refrigerated cabinet freezer is suitable for internal testing, development and small batch production; Small land occupation and low energy consumption. It is also applicable to high value-added foods such as quick-frozen fresh, seafood, fish and shrimp, medicinal materials and so on. The equipment is cabinet type double door structure, safe and durable, easy to operate, easy to install and maintain. Integrated electric control cabinet saves space.

Food transportation:	The SUS304 special food conveyor belt is equipped with variable frequency and variable speed motor, the transportation speed can be adjusted flexibly as per different products; Furthermore, the equipment is equipped with belt elastic automatic regulating device, to ensure the stable and long-term operation of food transportation belt.
Equipment maintenance:	The equipment side is equipped with maintenance & cleaning gate to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of conveyor. It can be disigned as the vertical lifting open type, that's easier to maintain. The bottom of engine body is equipped with drainage outlet to drain water from the equipment. The whole equipment is long life, low consumable design, the easily-damaged parts can be replaced easily and rapidly with excellent maintainability.

The equipment structure has whole lifting type, side-opening door type.
