Crimping Both-end Insertion
The KYLIN Series specially designed for high voltage cables
manufacturing. Can produce kinds of high voltage cables for the
HEV, EV Cables, such as Power Battery cables, AC Charging Socket
Harness Assembly, DC Charging Socket cables, DC Busbar cables,
Motor Controller cables, Motor Controller Wiring Harness etc.
It has the functions of pre-feeding, Cutting, Striping, Crimping,
Inner and outer ferrule cutting, remove foil and shield/ assembly
connectors and cover cup, all the processes with the Quality
Monitoring, to make sure produce high quality and reliability of
the products, also provide production time significantly.
