YYC Rack and Pinion Gearing System


YYC Rack and Pinion Gearing System is a mechanical system designed for industrial automation. It is made of SCM440 material with a hardness of HRC 10-12°, and has a module of 1.5 and a weight of 3kg. It consists of a linear gear (rack) and a rotary gear (pinion), which are meshed together to form a Rack-and-Pinion-Gearing, allowing the rotary motion to be converted into linear motion and vice versa. Additionally, the Rack-and-Pinion-Coupling can be used to connect two shafts and transmit power between them. With its high strength and reliable performance, YYC Rack and Pinion Gearing System is suitable for a variety of industrial applications.

3.Linear Motion: Due to the engagement between the pinion and the rack, the linear motion is produced. The rack moves in a straight line, either extending or retracting depending on the direction of rotation of the pinion.
