Description

Guide rail hydraulic lifting platform is a kind of non-scissors lift, which is used to transfer cargo between layers in workshop, restaurant and hotel. Because the lowered height of the table is only 150-200mm, it is used in the site where is no, and with 4 modes, (Single post, double posts, 4 posts), the movement is clam, the operation is simple and reliable; hydraulic and electric drive make cargo transfer more easy and economic. Safty and stability:

Besides the safe devices on normal elevator, there are still:
Overfall valve: To avoide over loading when it is moving up.
Emergency manual valve: In case power off, the lift car may drop to the nearest layer to open the door.
Manual pump: When failure occures, operator may use manual pump to give high pressure oil to get to the nearest layer.
Pipe broken protection valve: When lifting car drops fast as oil pipe broken, use the valve can make the lift stop dropping.
Oil temperauter protection: When temperatuer of oil is overheat, there is signal given out, stop the lift when temperature get normal, start again.

Packaging & Delivery

Packaging Details:

2, Using sheath protect the end of the guide rail and iron plate also protect the guide rail. And the coating with plastic cloth.
3, Export packing standard; all types of guide rails are packed in bundles, with protective sheathes protecting both ends and each bundle repacked in plastic sheeting.
