We provide technical support and services for our Mobile Harbour Crane products. Our goal is to ensure the best performance of your crane to ensure safety and reliability.
Harbour Cranes are shipped in two parts: the chassis and the superstructure. The superstructure is connected to the chassis upon delivery. The chassis of the crane is transported in a standard 40ft container. The crane superstructure is transported on a flat-bed trailer.
The crane is packaged in a wooden crate. It is secured to the pallet with straps and wrapped in plastic to protect it from moisture. The pallet is then loaded onto the trailer and transported to the final destination.
Upon delivery, the crane is assembled and tested to ensure that it is in good working condition. The customer is then provided with instructions on how to operate the crane.
