Product Introduction:
Sheet vacuum lifter is used for loading and unloading of various
processing machines, such as laser cutting machine, plasma cutting
machine, and shearing machine. It is suitable for flat plates such
as aluminum plates, stainless steel plates, iron plates, and
acrylic plates. Energy saving, environmentally and easy to
operate,with adjustable cups ,and each cup with a manual ball valve
to control opening and closing, easy to handle different sizes
plates,the cup rod is equipped with double springs up and down.
When the plate is uneven, the spring plays a cushioning role to
make the cup's force uniform to ensure the safety and reliability
of the vacuum lifter. The ends of main beam has been sealed by
plate welding,used as vacuum storage tank. When the equipment is
suddenly shut down, it is guaranteed that the plate can be reliably
adsorbed at least 20 minutes.Japan panasonic vacuum pressure
switch, assemble high sensitivity buzzer alarm unit. If don’t reach
the setting pressure, then light up the yellow light to inhale in
time.
Performance characteristics of sheet vacuum lifter:
1. The board is transported without damage. The vacuum suction cup
uses rubber as the sealing material, and the board and the suction
cup are in soft contact to ensure that there is no surface scratch
on the board during the adsorption process or damage to the board
by traditional hooks or electromagnetic lifting methods.
2. Single operator: The humanized design of the operating handle
allows one operator to complete several tons of plates.
3. Sound and light alarm system: When the system has a power
failure or a vacuum leak occurs, and the vacuum pressure drops
below 60% of the safety set value, the buzzer will alarm and the
warning light will flash at the same time.
4. Vacuum pressure holding system: The equipment is designed with a
vacuum tank.
