1. What's the payment term?
A: We accept T / T, 70% deposit and 30% balance before the
shipment.
2. What about the packages?
A. Small-capacity carton packaging, large capacity protected by a
strong wooden box.
3. How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly we do apologize for the defective products you receive
and it happens rarely as our products are manufactured in a quite
strict quality control system.
Secondly, we guarantee a 5 years warranty, so you can replace the
detective product during the warranty and freight is on our
account.
Thirdly, we will test the defective products and make a report,
find out the reason and propose the improvement measures.
4. Is it OK to print my logo on battery?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and send us
your design.
